NOTE TO ALL GUESTS
Deep cleaning fee of R150 per guest may be charged where
out of the ordinary untidiness and/or soiling or staining of
linen and towels occur,
@Home takes responsibility to maintain the drainage,
pipes and other areas of plumbing at the guest house.
If a drain becomes blocked through guest misuse however,
then the guest is liable for the cost of repairs.
Guests will be responsible for payment of breakages
Unless pre-arranged, a surcharge will apply to late
arrivals (after 20:00)Should guests receive day visitor(s)
additional charge of R 150 per person will apply

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of premature
departure, we may charge for the full original booking.
Cancellation 0 - 14 days before date
of arrival, or no-show - visitor forfeits 100% of deposit
paid
Cancellation 15 - 28 days before
date of arrival - visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid or25%
of full quote value (whichever greater).
Cancellation 29+ days before date of
arrival - visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid or25% of full
quote value (whichever greater).
On receipt of a written instruction
to cancel the reservation,
B@Home will refund the applicable
amount as determined by the cancellation terms of the
establishment, within 5 working days.
B@Home levies a 4.5% administration
fee on any refunds processed.
